About Us

The Ridgeway Post Acute Mission

Our mission is to care for each person here the way we’d want our own family cared for, and to put real clinical depth behind it. We partner with Pacific Inpatient Medical Group, so several physicians share in our residents’ care six days a week, all of them managed by our Medical Director. Much of our staff has been here for decades.

Leadership Team

Our administrator and department heads keep the building running, and they are close to the floor. If something isn’t right, they want to hear it from you directly, and they aren’t hard to find.

Rehabilitation & Therapy Team

Our therapy leadership runs a team working out of two gyms, one built for physical therapy and one for occupational therapy, including our new sensory room.

Nursing/Clinical Staff Team

Our Director of Nursing and Clinical Director lead the nurses and CNAs who are here around the clock. Our Medical Director oversees the physicians who round six days a week.

Social Services & Activities

Social services handles your care planning and discharge planning, and they arrange your outside appointments. The activities team keeps a new calendar going every month.

Dietary Services

Our dietary team cooks to physician orders and to your preferences. Our registered dietitian sits down with you after you arrive to talk about what you actually like to eat.

Environmental Services

Housekeeping and maintenance are what keep the building clean and in good repair. Laundry runs in-house at 180 degrees, and we ask that everything be labeled with your name.

1. Explore Care Options

Start by working out what level of care you need, which is rarely obvious from a hospital discharge conversation. Call us and we’ll walk you through what we offer and whether we’re the right fit.

2. Connect With Our Team

Reach out to our admissions coordinator with your questions about availability, insurance, and what to expect. She’ll get the necessary paperwork moving so you aren’t chasing it down.

3. Tour Our Facility

Come see the building, meet a few of the people who’ll be caring for you, and have a look at a room. We’ll answer what comes up while you’re here, and you can call back later with the rest.

4. Finalize Your Stay

We’ll confirm your coverage and finish the admission paperwork before your arrival date. Your care plan starts taking shape now, built around your needs and what you want to get back to.

5. Welcome Home

On move-in day our team meets you at the door and helps you settle in. You’ll meet your nurses, your therapists, and our registered dietitian within the first day.

“My grandfather spent 3 weeks here post surgery. Staff was delightful to work with, professional, courteous, and very helpful. The whole onboarding process was a breeze, thanks to the wonderful admissions coordinator. Both the nurses and nurses assistants were top notch to work with, my grandfather said he felt like he was on vacation.”

The staff at Ridgeway are truly what make this place so great. The building is a little older, but I quickly realized that really doesn’t matter when the care is this good. Everyone is so kind and down to earth, and you can tell they actually care about the people they’re taking care of. There are some really amazing people working here and it shows. I would take that over a fancy new building any day. Very happy I picked Ridgeway for my love one
