The staff at Ridgeway are truly what make this place so great. The building is a little older, but I quickly realized that really doesn’t matter when the care is this good. Everyone is so kind and down to earth, and you can tell they actually care about the people they’re taking care of. There are some really amazing people working here and it shows. I would take that over a fancy new building any day. Very happy I picked Ridgeway for my love one

My husband was in the hospital and they wanted him to go to acute care. Ridgeway was mentioned for him to go but They couldn’t tell me if the place was good or bad because of HIPAA violation. Lindsey at Petaluma Valley told me I had A few days to check a place out within an hour I was told it had been approved and he was being transported. When I got to this place, at about 4 o’clock, the façade looks nice when you first walk in…..I could not believe how disgusting the room was. I killed two bugs on the wall. The blinds were broken and fallen down. A stucco windowsill was crumbling. The bathroom was so disgusting. I was amazed, pillowcases, torn, like no one had cared for this place in years. The room was not even clean before they put my husband in there. There was garbage in the bathroom and garbage in the room itself. I promised my husband when I left That I would find him another place and get him out of there tomorrow….I let the staff know that I was not happy and wanted him moved to a better room. No one seemed to really care.. Because another bed wasn’t available They didn’t have any more Rooms that night at 11:30 I got a phone call that I needed to convince him to stay. Only problem was that were people were in the hallway being very loud and the shared bathroom. We didn’t know he had someone was yelling at him for locking the door when he didn’t know, he wasn’t supposed to. He asked for a shower that took a while. I ended up having to call him an Uber to come home if someone you love needs to go somewhere this is not the place to send them. It is filthy disgusting and falling apart. I would not even let my dogs go stay in this place…. Picture of the worst hotel you ever stayed in and this was even worse ! I cried all the way home. I was so upset that I even had left him there…. No thanks to them. I am in the same situation and he is in the hospital again. I can’t believe Board of Health isn’t shutting this place down. And all they care about is feeling about him getting there Medicare…. Shame on you Ridgeway !!!!!!

I visited my mother and she’s being well taken care of. Everybody seems really sweet and kind. She loves being at Ridgeway.

My grandfather spent 3 weeks here post surgery. Staff was delightful to work with, professional, courteous, and very helpful. The whole onboarding process was a breeze, thanks to the wonderful admissions coordinator. Both the nurses and nurses assistants were top notch to work with, my grandfather said he felt like he was on vacation. Overall cleanliness and tidiness was up to par across the board. I would absolutely recommend a friend or other family member to this facility!

WHILE I’M NEW, I STILL KNOW THE GAME… THE STAFF IS NICE BUT VERY INCOMPETINT. I HAVE BROKEN LEG AND I WOULD NOT LIKE TO COME HERE WITH A BRKOEN LEG. I was in a hospital, and transfered here and the people are nice, but friendly. This place is friendly and as it should be. The food is horrendous !!!! The way they do things is insane. If you have any scents about you, you won’t come here.

Lovely staff. Enjoyed visiting and sitting outdoors in the beautiful yard. Beverages are not healthy, including sugary juices and nondairy creamer.

Ridgeway is great, my family member was here for therapy – the staff was kind and caring, the therapy team was great and communication was on point! Thank you for taking care of our family!

The staff are wonderful. And that’s what really matters. Just because the rooms look like they were built in 1960 and the food is not the greatest, the staff and the nurses and the CNA’s are really very good.

Less than one star my grandma was here almost died they do not do therapy or anything I’m about to sue seriously I took her out as soon as I got there I can’t believe anyone would send anyone here want me to pay😳 what care did you provide ever a pic my friend took they didn’t expect that visit I was out of county 2 months there wow

I can step into the facility, after signing in etc., and visit my brother, who is a patient. We can go outside. He could play his harmonica, and sing like he does. He made many friends at Ridgeway.

I have had a very positive experience with Ridgeway Post Acute. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. The Social Worker of the facility, Beki, is very effective in her work to serve the interests of the patients. She was able to get some bogus charges to a patient’s credit card refunded. Brenda, Head nurse, is very interested in serving the medical needs of the patients. The newly hire dietitian is getting 4 and 5 stars from patients I have spoken with. It seems to me that this facility is doing their best to serve the needs of the patients and are attentive to visitors.

I was in Ridgeway rehabilitation rehab center in petaluma I pushed my call button all morning and afternoon and evening o February 4 and all morning on February 5 2026 because my cancer medical ostomy medical bag to be charged and no nurse at Ridgeway rehabilitation rehab center in petaluma never came by to Friday to change my cancer medical ostomy medical bag in till 11;45 am February 5 2026 which is ridiculous

Today was my first experience with Ridgeway Post Acute when I visited a friend who had been admitted. Although I didn’t take the opportunity to explore the facility everything looked clean and well kept. Mainly I was sincerely impressed by the staff! From the time I checked in at the front desk to the time I left, every staff member I encountered was super pleasant and helpful. During my visit my friend was seen by the occupational therapist and the nurse practitioner and an aide. Each one was caring and inspired confidence! I left feeling like my friend was in good hands!

The staff is kind and a couple cnas,became my friends,kelsey and Carlos go above and beyond there job both are excellent at what they do super friendly.medhel and Francis my 2 favorite nurses are very good at there jobs and super friendly to,I have been here 20 months and have a long way to go.

Place is very clean and professional feel!!
